This is an add-on per nail. Partial means small cluster, French line, or cuticle area. The gemmed area will be less than 49% of the area. So if you want five extra nails with partial bling you will need to add 5 "Partial Blings" to your order. If you want these on specific nails, we will work with you to measure your nails and put it on those.
